Visitor Visa for Parents from India

I want to apply for visitor visa for my mother. My father works in law enforcement and does not want to apply for the visa. So if I want to apply only for my mother, what are the documents that i will need to submit. She does not have any funds or property in her name. Can i show the funds and properties in that are under my fathers name. Any suggestions or recommendations please. Thank you.

It's not ideal, but you can use funds and property in your father's name. Better to get an affidavit from a notary saying that your father is sponsoring the whole trip for your mother. It's potentially advantageous that your father is not accompanying your mother for the trip. Shows stronger ties for your mother to your home country.
