Hello Everyone!
I am PR of Canada and my parents has Canadian Super Visa. My 3 year old Nephew has been living with my parents in India for the past 2 years now. They have been taking care of him while his parents(My sister & brother in law) have been stuck in New Zealand due to border closures.
My parents plan to attend my wedding in Canada this summer. Can we apply for the Visitor Visa of my just my Nephew by himself citing that he needs to stay with my parents till his parents can bring him to New Zealand? Can he enter Canada with my parents(his grandparents) even though they are not legal guardians of my Nephew?
