I just got my PR approved and also gave birth to the baby. I did not inform IRCC that I was pregnant. Now, how can I take my New born to Canada with me? Can I apply for Visitor visa while I am still in India?

If you have not landed in Canada, you have the obligation to add your kid to your application. You cannot just like that hide the kid's existence. Yes, you can also apply for visit visa. But its of no use as the kid will get the PR too soon once you add him/her.

You need to inform IRCC that you have given birth and have your child added to your PR application. Do not travel to Canada and land until your child is added to your application.
