Visitor VISA for my wife and daughter

hi, guys, currently, I'm PR of Canada, and I would like my wife and my daughter(6 months old) come to Canada and travel around. These are the questions:

1. Do I need to have a job while they are applying?
2. How to write the proper invitation letter?(any sample?)
3. My daughter has a passport, does she need a separate application for the visitor visa or my wife could simply just apply the VISA and bring my daughter together?

Why you don't apply under family stream since you a PR? Just a thought.

Only options are Visitor Visa and sponsorship. Forget the first option because they will be refused due to strong family ties in Canada (you), and the fact that both of them are planning to arrive at same time.

Sponsoring them takes longer, but they will be able to live in Canada, not just visit.
