Hello,

I am trying to apply for a visitor visa for my spouse. I am currently working in Canada with a PGWP. He doesn’t have a lot of funds to show, probably around 5k CAD in his account. I have around 15k CAD in my account and I am working full time here.
Is it possible for him to apply for a visit visa with my funds and job as proof that I can support him while his stay here?

So he is just visiting, not planning on working. You can show both your accounts. He will need to show ties to return (job letter with approved leave, properties, business) and travel history.

if he is not visiting temporarily you must apply for an SOWP even if not planning on working. A TRV could/would be denied if it appears if he is trying to live in Canada and not temporarily visiting Canada and will be returning to his home and job in his home country after a short visit to see you in Canada. When did you get married? Do you have an in person dating history? Was this an arranged marriage?
