My son got a diagnosis for Autism and I'd like to know if it can be used as a supporting document for inviting my mom and brother. I need emotional support from my mom but my brother is dependent and can't be left alone in my home country. He must come together with my mom. I want them here for a couple of weeks only.

I would recommend just an invitation letter if you could take care of them during their stay.I dont think so it would add any to the visitor visa. Mostly your mother and brother capabilities and their ties to home country would get them visa.
autism is long term illness if you mention that it may result that vo may think your family may not go back.since they are for few weeks you dont need to mention .
