Visitor visa for my grandmother

My Grandmother has just got visitor visa and its only for 6 months so here are the questions that i have

1. My actual plan was to bring her in the summer but the approved visitor visa expiry date is April 28 2019, My plan is to call her in the second week of April, if i do so - how long she can stay?

2. Can we extend her visitor visa? If yes, Can i apply that last week of April if i will be able to extend her stay? Because on CIC website, it suggests to apply 30 days before.

3. Or can i apply from India for another time after this visa expires , if i do what are the chances that they will approve her visitor visa second time?

I will really appreciate anybody's opinion and thoughts on this regards to.

A validity of just 6 months means IRCC has concerns about her overstaying her visit or else about her becoming a liability in some way.

1. My actual plan was to bring her in the summer but the approved visitor visa expiry date is April 28 2019, My plan is to call her in the second week of April, if i do so - how long she can stay?

It depends on the officer at the POE. She could be allowed to stay for up to 6 months or else for a shorter duration.

2. Can we extend her visitor visa? If yes, Can i apply that last week of April if i will be able to extend her stay? Because on CIC website, it suggests to apply 30 days before.

You cannot apply to extend her visitor visa. Depending on how long she is allowed to stay, you can apply to extend her authorized stay about one month before her visitor status expires.

3. Or can i apply from India for another time after this visa expires , if i do what are the chances that they will approve her visitor visa second time?

She will need to apply for a new TRV from scratch if she plans to visit after the expiry of the current visa. It's impossible to say whether or not she will be approved
