Visitor visa for my fiancé

Hello Dear immigration experts,

I would like to bring to your notice that I recently got engaged in india and returned back to canada the very next day after my engagement. I am a permanent resident in Canada and would like to apply visitor visa for my fiancé who lives and works in india.
Reason I would like to apply visit visa is because we are planning to get married in November and since it’s a long time we have to wait , I thought to apply a visitor visa so that my fiancé can come to Canada and spend at least two weeks with me and then return back to her job.

My question to you guys is , what is the percentage of visitor visa getting approved for my finace.

1. Good sign, if it's a good job that she's been in for many years and she gets a good salary.
2. It's a point against her application because they think she'll want stay in Canada with you.
3. OK, but it really depends on her salary, savings, and the nature of her job.
4. They don't care.
