Hello Everyone,
I am an international student and going to complete my studies in April. My convocation will be held on June 8th. I want to apply for my mother's visitor visa based on the convocation ceremony. My father passed away last year and she is leaving there alone so what are the chances of her getting visa? And mostly for how long period they provide visa? Does she get 10 year visa or just 6 months visa?
And one another thing my dad's brother and sister are leaving here and permanent resident from last 30 years. Is there any other we can invite my mother to visit us on the basis of health or any other visa category?
One of my aunt's daughter had marriage 4 years back at that time my parents applied for visitor visa to attend her marriage but their visa was rejected so is it going to make any difficulty in getting visa?
Thank you for your help in advance.
