I am applying for the visitor visa for my mother and while filling up her application, I came across these two questions which I am unsure of:
Q. Are you giving someone access to your application?
Yes, I will be appointing a representative to apply on my behalf
Q. Did your representative give you a submission letter?
No
I just want to do everything on her behalf and I am the one who is sending the invitation letter to her. Need confirmation if the options I selected (as marked against the questions) are right.
Also since I am applying on her behalf, does she have to write any application letter? Based on the online application requirement, I can see the following forms will get submitted: imm5257b, imm5257e and imm5645e. I am going to attach her networth details (as prepared by CA in India), supporting property docs (electricity bill, water and sewrage bill), bank FD statement, bank statement etc, my own PR card, my employment letter/ salarys slips etc.
Is there anything else I am missing?
