I and my wife came to Canada on PR 5 months ago ..my wife is pregnant with twins .we have Applied for visitor visa online my mother from canada on 14th Sept 2016...I have sponsored my mother and attached all documents including my wife pregnancy doctor letter and temporary mother travel tickets and insurance ..How long will it take to get her visa..her application Wil be considered visitor visa from inside Canada or outside Canada.... please advice as my wife due date is Nov ..we want her to be here by that time .
