My gf who's not a Canadian citizen/resident got her visitor's visa a few months ago. At the time we didn't include her two kids in the application. Now we want to get a visa for the kids too. Should she file separate applications for each kid?

Yes. Does she have sole custody? She will need to show funds for the kids that she can afford them to visit Canada, ties to home country (school registration), travel history etc.

Yes, your girlfriend should file separate applications for each child. This is because each child is a separate individual and will need to meet the requirements for a visitor visa.

The requirements for a visitor visa for a child are similar to the requirements for an adult. However, there are a few additional requirements that must be met. For example, the child must have a valid passport and a birth certificate. The child must also have proof of ties to their home country, such as a school enrollment letter or a letter from a parent or guardian.

If you have any questions about the application process for a visitor visa for a child, you can contact the Canadian government or a local immigration lawyer or consultant.

If your application is approved, you will be issued a visitor visa. The visa will be valid for a specific period of time and will allow the child to enter Canada for tourism or to visit family or friends.
