I am engaged and want to apply visitor visa for fiance who is in India. Has anyone got visitor visa for fiance specifically in India ?

You may go ahead and apply for her visit but do mention concrete reasons for her visit. CIC don't approve for superficial reasons.
if I were you: would wait till I get married and then apply for the visitor visa. As then it is believable that you have an emotional bonding.
