Visitor Visa for Fiance,but at time of travel will be married

Hi All,

I am currently working in Canada on WP which has validity till the end of March 2015. I am planning to get married by the end of this month. I would like to apply Visitor visa for my fiance now itself so that by the time marriage is over we can travel together to canada from India.

I would like to know whether its advisable to do that or i should wait untill we get married and should apply visitor or dependant visa for spouse.

Incase if visitor visa got rejected whether i will have to wait more time for re applying for dependant visa....Please provide valuable suggestions.

Any of both paths is the same, the only difference that I see is that in the second case you will be married and that would make a stronger case, but if you have a strong case before getting married then this would be redundant.

(I have to say it, don't write "when marriage is over" instead write "after we get married", if not it sounds like you are getting divorced!!!)
