visitor visa for dependent child

hi, i have an open work permit and my husband has a work permit. we applied a visitor visa for our 9 year old son with our application. but his visitor visa was refused. we applied again on 27/10/2021 for his visitor visa.but did not get anything till now? can some one suggest what to do? we have already written web form but no response.

There's really nothing you can do but wait unfortunately.

If denied would suggest applying for a study permit.
