Visitor Visa for dad

Hello All-

We have applied visitor visa for my dad on 17th October from new delhi, India for my convocation. Checked the status from VFS website and it is showing processing at Bengalore office , India.
Is that okay because we applied from New Delhi. Can anyone tell me what does it mean?

It is okay!
My wife did an online application for visitor visa back in 2015. After Visa was approved, she submitted her passport in Mumbai VFS center, and Visa was processed from Bangalore office too.

It's normal. It's possible that NDVO has a high volume of applications (including PR) to process.... so your dad's application has been forwarded to the Bangalore visa office.

It really does not matter which visa office issues a visa, as long as it is issued
