visitor visa for boyfriend From india while i am in canada on work permit

i am basicaly from india ,currently living in canada on postgraduation work permit. i have applied for SINP. my boyfriend is in India. we are in relation from ten years but we could not get married there because of indian taboo which is caste system . we are from different castes. So now that i am in canada which country is free from these unreal believes i want to get married to him in canada. so i want to ask that if i set up all the legal formalities for marriage like registration and date can He get a visitor visa so that he can come here to get married. ?plase help me

Visitor visa for ur boyfriend is impossible as he is no way legally connected to you.Even the people who are legal partners,there chance of getting Visitor visa are very slim.You can go to INDIA and get married and then he has to apply Open work permit from India.He must be having good job,bank balance,property,good qualification,Income tax returns,Any visas on his passport and few more things.I can guide you but you must be married in INDIA with him.

You can try to invite him on a visit visa as a boyfriend or friend and see if he gets one. Sometimes people with no connection to Canada are granted visas to visit but nobody is owed a visa. Immigration will always look at all the facts like if somebody is likely to return to their home country after their visit etc.

If he gets the visa, you can marry him in Canada and apply for his open work permit as long as you yourself have a skilled position. If that doesn't work out, go and marry him in India or you both go to a 3rd country and get married there.

If you marry him during your SINP processing time, you must add him to your SINP application. If you marry him during your PR application, you must also add him. If you can't get married to him until after you get your PR, he can not get an open work permit but you could marry him and sponsor him for PR.
