Visitor Visa - Financial support

Hi Everyone

Need your advise please. I am an Australian citizen. My mom and dad would like to apply a visitor visa for Canada to attend a marriage function. They are getting the Sponsorship from a family member to attend the function. Mom and Dad are Indian citizen

Just wondering is there a way i can financially sponsor them from Australia?

Hi i have read this on visitor visa application form (If someone else will be paying for your visit to Canada, that person must provide a letter as well as proof that they have the funds available to accommodate your stay)

Does this mean i can show the funds?
