I am planning to apply visitor visa for my parents for their trip in May-2020. They are providing bank statement with CAD 30,000.

1. Does the bank statement suffice, or do we need to provide additional documents interms of proving their ties back to country. They own a home in India and get rental income (not sure how to document it though) and my dad receives pension (very less approx $100 CAD monthly).

2. I am Canadian PR currently on parental leave since November and resigned recently to join in a new job in February. So, do I need to mention this or submit my previous pay slip and bank statements as well.

For visitor visa, your parent's assets are going to be assessed not yours. You can only provide an invitation letter for them.
