Visitor Visa Family info form doubts

Hello,

I am inviting my parents for my convocation and while filling the family information form IMM 5707 it asks for children info in section B. I am currently in canada on study permit but when my parents are filling the form it asks in section B will I accompany him to Canada, should i tick it as yes or no? Confused as I am residing in canada .
And they cannot create a digital signature on the form as we can do in IMM 5257e , should they leave it blank then ?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can print out the form after filling and do the signature then scan and upload in Pdf format.

They should tick No as you aint gonna accompany them. You are already in Canada not traveling with them. Hence, No is to be ticked.

Hi there,
My parents are coming for my convocation and my dad is going to financially support my mom as well. He has about 3500 CAD in his account now so shall he split those 3500 in 2 while showing the amount for trip in IMM temporary resident form(like showing 1800 in my mom's IMM form and 1800 in his or can they both show 3500 in their respective forms ? He is a salaried so it shows his monthly salary and he is going to come in October.
