I am waiting for decision on my Open Work permit, as my husband is on Closed work permit..
I am in Canada on Tourist visa staying with my husband till then. My status will expire in September 2024, since it would be 6 months.
I have two questions :
1. Can I apply for extension on my Tourist visa to stay longer ? What reason should I mention for staying longer ? Should I mention I want to stay with my husband or should I mention that I am waiting for my Open Work permit
2. To show financial stability, is y husbands last 2 Paystubs good, or do we need to show some balance in the savings account. Can we show bank statements from our home country.
