Hello Everyone,
I have a multiple entry visa to Canada which will expire in 2022. I landed in June 2018. It is about 5 months that I live in Canda. Should I need to extend my visa to be able to stay more than 6 months?
Your consideration is greatly appreciated

You should apply to extend your stay as a visitor else you could be deemed to be an overstayer. The maximum stay for a visitor at any one time unless stamped otherwise in passport is 6 months so you must apply to extend to remain legally and can stay until a decision is made on your application. Having a multiple entry visa should not be considered as any indication that an extension will be approved.
