Hello everyone, I tried to find an answer before posting but I couldn't find anything that matched my situation.
My work visa expired last week and I applied for a visitor visa extension a few weeks ago and it has been approved now and is on the way.
I want to visit my family in my country (Mexico) in December for a couple weeks and then come back to Canada (I'm getting a new work contract in January) but I have no idea if the visa extension is multiple entry or single entry because I haven't received it yet but I remember that last time I got an extension approved, the paper didn't say if it was multiple entry or not so I have no idea if Im going to be able to leave Canada and then re-enter. Last time, my visa extension said "This does not authorize re entry" so I guess it was a single entry. Anyway, if I get a single entry extension, will I be able to go home for the holidays and then come back?
Any help will be appreciated
