Visitor Visa Extension - How to stay more then 6 months

Hi All,

I am also planning to apply for my mom's visit visa extension. Her visitor visa is still valid for May 2023 (Multiple Entry) but her 6 month stay period finishing in March 17 2022. I would like her visit to get extend till Oct 2022,

Has Any one recently been approved for visa extension ?
Secondly, Can I applied for my mom online under my name and do I have to mentions myself as a representative ?

You should wait until closer to the expiry date to apply for an extension. Extensions are never guaranteed but a first extension for a parent is usually granted. You can help her apply for an extension but it can’t be under your name unless you want to apply and list yourself as the representative.
