Visitor Visa extension for a British Citizen

Hi

I am a Canadian citizen and my husband is a British citizen. I am in Canada now and I am pregnant. My due date is on 2nd September. My husband came to Canada on 16th April, 2015 and his visitor visa will expire on 16th October. In the mean time, he went to Bangladesh on 14th June and again came back on 4th August. We both have a return ticket to UK on 21st November. Now, my questions are:

1. Does my husband need an extension for visitor visa up to November, as he was out of Canada for 1 and half months?

2. If yes, can I show my bank balance for his stay as he is staying with me?

No he doesn't need an extension visa cos the new entry date is 4 august 2015
