Visitor Visa extension approved after my mother travelled back to home country

Hi all

My mother came to Canada (her second visit) in January 22, 2022, we applied for her visitor visa extension in June 22, 2022 and she left Canada on August 24, 2022.

On March 15, 2023, the visitor visa extension was approved and have received medical/biometric request for my mom who has already left Canada in August 2022.

What should I do at this point? Should I email to CIC explaining that she left Canada?

She is also planning to come on April 2, 2023 - Will this impact her travel or will there be any questions when she lands here?

Yes you need to inform IRCC that she already left. You were supposed to notify IRCC when she left. She is required to do the medical even though she left. She did take advantage of extended time in Canada.

Can you also advise how do I reach out to IRCC? I do not see any email specified in the email or in the medical request letter.

Is there a webform or email ID that I can respond to?
