Im a TRV holder in Canada and planning to file my inland pr application, as my Permanent Resident husband is sponsoring me here. I plan to file my Vistor Visa EXtension too, since my visa will expire on Nov 2013. Question: Can i file them both at the same time? Do i include in my envelope for PR application, documents for my visa extension???
PLease help. I am risking filing it earlier than 30 days before my visa expiration since I am 4 months pregnant and would like to know early on that if my tourist extension will be denied, would come home to philippines immediately to give birth there, while the plane rules would allow me to.
