Dec 15 2015 / Already in Canada Since 2010 as Student & Worker ...Now PR
My sister had visitor visa (2.5 years duration), which expired yesterday with old passport. She already has new passport now.

In 2.5 years, she has visited to Canada for 1 time only for 2 months.

She wants to visit again this summer.

She is married now and her husband also wants to visit Canada with her for 15 days.

My question:

1) Should she submit file for herself and husband together ? Or she should apply and get visa first and than her husband should apply ?

2) She already visited Canada and was holding canada visa for 2.5 years in old passport. What are the chances to get visa for both of them ?

3) I heard that Once you visited Canada, extension is easy and more chances to get visa…????/ Is that true ?

Please let me know…...

Its their decision. Family's usually apply together.

Quite irrelevant she had a TRV before. Her circumstances and specifics have changed.

Why would you be asking for extension if you are visiting only for 15 days? Something doesn't add up.

Anyway, you will have to ask that person on specifics on what they were referring to. Hard to tell what they were talking about.
