Hello there,

I'm wondering if there is any option if I would go to Canada with a visitor Visa and later on exchange it somehow to a Work Permit, or possibly to get a PR card later on the road.

My main question is, can I go and work there and then apply for a PR card on the go?

Thanks

Not really, no.

Just being in Canada doesn't qualify you for anything. You'd have to qualify under an economic immigration scheme, or another program, to be eligible to apply for PR or for a work permit (something like a Working Holiday Visa may get you the right to work but doesn't guarantee you the right to apply for PR).

There's no way to "exchange" a visitor visa for something else. If you even suggest that's your intention at the border you may be denied entry as you're not a true visitor.
