Visitor Visa / "continue profile " in my account

Hi all,

I applied for visitor's visa. I already submitted all the necessary documents.

When i go to my account i see > Continue working on an application or profile you haven't submitted or delete it from your account.

its for express enrty and i do not remember when did i started to create this. Is it important or should i delete it?
