Visitor visa changes to application -link not working on Canada .ca

I tried to open link to read to learn more for process to apply for visitor visa application during Covid but it gives error 403 forbidden with the message below
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/visitors-foreign-workers-students.html on this server.
anyone else came across this issue .How I can resolve this ?
