Visitor Visa - Biometric were not processed/received to Canadian authorities

Hello,

I am facing very different situation, I applied for Canadian visit visa months ago then I was asked to provide my bio-metrics to one of the listed facilities in USA.
I have provided bio-metric months ago & I also have a copy that it was received by the facility but some how it is not processed or received by final visa authorities.'

Now my application has been closed and they are saying I didn't apply bio-metric .. Please guide me or provide me contact info whom I can reach out to sort this issue.

Contact the Visa Application Center you submitted your biometrics as well as open a case specific inquiry and provide those details, along with a scanned copy of the proof.
