I'm in Canada and want to apply for my mother's visitor visa.
Can I do that online for her from Canada while she is in India?
If this is possible and her visa is approved,where does she have do send the passport Ottawa or New Delhi?
If I'm applying online,there is a question in form IMM5257E in section 9 "where where applying:same as country of resident"
Should I put in Yes or No
Did anyone succeed doing this before?
