Hello, i wonder if someone can help/advise me. Me and my husband are visiting canada this september for 3 weeks. I have a Dutch paspoort and we live and work in the UK. My husband has a resident perment in the UK as a family member of an EU member. To enter canada he needs A visa. So we applied for visitor visa online on the 25th May and provided biometrics on june 9th. We have provided them the following docs:

  • Finances; 18000 can for 3 weeks, 4 months payslips, bank-statements and saving, credit card statements
    Emplyment: payslips, letter from employer
Travel history: peru visa, uk resident permit, entry and exit stamps to Netherlands
Travel itinerary: hotel, airbnb bookings, camping bookings at national parks, car rental booking
tickets london- vancouver, calgary -toronto and toronto - London.
Pictures of the paspoort and other pages

Do you think this is sufficient information for the visa to be approved? I worry because we haven't heard anything back from since the buometrics. The page was updated after he has given biometrics.

He hasn't worked for any government or military services. I have also applied and received my ETA.

I think the documents and information provided is sufficient, just wait for the normal processing time for your visa office and if you don't hear back from them by then - just contact them to get the update.

we did not provide anything related to me, like documents where we are both named: insurance, marriage certificate, bills, tenancy agreements etc. do you think this might cause a problem for issuing the visa?
