Visitor visa applied in June 2022 but no result

Hi all,

I applied for my parents visitor visa in June 2022 but still not received result. I requested for gcms notes in march 2023 but there nothing related to delay. I reached out to member of parliament but after many follow up they got response from immigration that file is in process but don’t know when to expect result. I am not sure what to do now. If I apply again by withdrawing this application, I again have to collect all latest documents which is time consuming. Can you please suggest what should I do in this situation.
