Recently I mailed my TRV application package to Canadian consulate LA (Los Angeles). However, I forgot to make a note of the prepaid return mail label tracking number. Also, I only mentioned my address and phone number in the "To" section of the prepaid label (forgot to mention my NAME). I had informed this to Canadian consulate LA via their Case Specific enquiry tool asking to provide the label number and to include my name on the label before mailing back. Yet to hear back from them.
Did anyone land in similar situations recently? What options do I have to deal with above topics?
Any help would be appreciated!
