visitor visa application for 2 persons

hello,

I'm representing my mother and brother vor visitor visa. Talking about online application process... should it be one electronic application with 2 application forms? or 2 electronic applications with 1 application for in each?

That is totally your preference.

It is recommended that it should be 1 application if they are travelling together, but it is not mandatory.

Thanks. The problem is that when I'm applying online there is no way to upload two IMM5257E forms. I just can upload one file.
And I noticed if I create one online application the button "Apply for visitor visa" disappears so I can't create the second application.

I don't know what to do...

You are not using the online tool correctly.

At some point it asks you "do you want to add a family member?". If you answer YES the field for uploading an additional application form will become available.
