Visitor Visa application during Sponsorship - Is translation required again?

I have already started sponsoring my wife to come to Canada in December and the application is in process. I am now trying to get a visitor visa for her and her mother to visit me. In the checklist, I see that they need marriage certificate. Do I need to have it translated from Arabic to English? It would be going to Abu Dhabi and I have already submitted a translated version when I submitted the sponsorship application (also went to Abu Dhabi). If it's required, can I just reference it instead of translating it again?

All documents submitted should be in English or French. No exceptions.

(As a common practice it is common to order at least a copy of your translated documents for future applications to avoid going through the same process again).
