Visitor visa application dissappeared???

Hi all,

I applied for a visitor/tourist visa in February 2022 and after giving my biometrics, I have been patiently waiting for 10+ months while they are reviewing my eligibility.

Now my application is gone and you cannot see its status anymore on the website - the application is not accepted. rejected or withdrawn, but gone?!

What does this mean (e.g., bug in the system, they have approved my application or rejected it) or should I be worried - that my application won't be back??

Same happened with my parents visitor visa application today. It was visible until yesterday. We had applied using the new portal. Hopefully they fix the bug soon.

same happened to my son's TRV, it's gone... I submitted thru IRCC Portal, not sure if the Portal database has been wiped out or something else... I waited for 3.5 months and heard nothing from IRCC...

We have the same issue with our child visitor visa application in new portal, we received a message in email saying there is. a message for us to view, when logged into the account our application is no longer there its gone. I don't know what happened. These days it's getting crazy with ircc. Hope the resolve this glitch in the matrix scenario.

I have got the same issue. My visitor visa application was submitted and mentioning in Process from 5 NOV. biometrics done. I can see the status last week but today when i opened my account its all gone. no applications, no messages.. its all wiped out. dont know what to do

Apparently it is a system wide bug that will hopefully soon be resolved.

And here I thought it meant they are approving my application lol

I was trying to call IRCC for the disappeared application and the IVR says application is approved. Therefore I recommend everyone calling IRCC, give UCI and application number to know the status.

Issue got resolved for my parents applications. Its back on the portal and I was able to download the passport request letter from new messages.
