Visitor Visa application - Change of address and timeline

Hey,

Hope everyone is doing well. I submitted my online application for multiple entry visa online in Boston, United States. Here is my timeline:

Visa applied: Jul-13-2013
Submission confirmation: Jul-13-2013

That's all I have for now, I haven't received any additional documents request or passport request.

Now I am moving to Hartford, CT tomorrow, so how should I notify immigration department about my change of addr and also should I let them know about the change in addr after I receive a passport request or before that?

Because I am worried letting them know prior to receiving a PP request might delay processing time further.

People who applied in June, July or later, please share your timeline.

if u wait for a passport request it will be a good idear. Once you receive a PR then u can include a change of address notice. the self address envelope u will submit will be self explanatory.

I got my passport request today but I moved to a new address. I am planning to send my passport to LA consulate, how should I let them know of my new address?
