My dad visited me on a visitor visa since January 2021 then extended his stay in Canada on a Visitor Record which will expire by June 2022. He plans to return home in March 2022 and I just wonder if he can board the plane from Canada if his visitor visa is no longer valid?
Is a valid visitor visa a requirement for leaving Canada in general?
Do we need to extend the visitor visa to match the visitor record expiry?
I'm quite confused so any help would be appreciated!
