Visitor Visa and Student Visa application

Hi Guys,

I applied for a visitor's visa 2 weeks ago here in UAE. My concern is while waiting for my result would it be alright to apply for a student visa as I also have an intention of studying in Canada and received my admission letter for September 2020 intake? Will that affect my visitor visa application which is already in process?

yes.by applying study visa after trv .the Vo will automatically think you want to come to Canada any ways.and your ties are week

Thank you for responding but to understand you further....did you mean applications on both visas can be done almost at the same time or within a short time interval ?

i'm in canada with PR status, i want to sponsor my friend, willing to send letter of invitation, demonstrate my bank statement, house lease agreement, tax detail, ready to arrange air-ticket itinerary, health insurance, will this help in getting the visa?

Also, i've a question, i've a 2 kinds of bank accounts in canada, 1 is personal and 2nd is business, i have money in business account mainly, can i show statement of business account instead of personal, pls advise, thanks,

yes you can show your both acounts or any one of them.But what about your friends documents they are more important then yours his job or business bank etc to show his strong ties to his country to come back.
