Visitor visa and sponsorship process

Hi, I was really concerned about get a visitor visa while my permanent visa (by family class outside canada) is being processed.

I was living in Canada as a full time international student when I got married (with a Canadian citizen). Now, I am going back to Brazil to finish my undergrad, however I would like to come back Canada to visit my partner. Do you think they will refuse a visitor visa since I already have a sponsorship process being processed?

There is no other way to know than to apply.

If you are a student fully enrolled and can demonstrate it then I see no problems.
