visitor vis for my mom, Please help

hi all

iam a newbie here, i am planning to apply online visitor visa for my mom. can i submit all documents through my cic account in canada and pay fee here online? if it approves she can send original passport to stamping to indian embassy? also my mom doesnt have travel history & IT returns but she has bank account, fd deposits. Iam not applying visiting visa for my father at this time, is this sufficient to show as her roots & she will go back to india?
