Visitor to super visa.applicant is here and has return ticket back to canada

I fully understand that in able to apply for super visa who have to be back in your own country.but my question is ..my mom has extension until august 2018 but the validity of her visa is until feb 2019 and she already has her immigration medical but still waiting for the result .she also have a ticket to phil this coming may and back in july of this year.when she comes back what are the documents to be shown to the immigration? And is it okey to apply her super visa while in the Philippines from may to july.i hope you can help us about this matter
