Hello, my husband currently visiting Canada from Poland. He's been in Canada for just over a year (extended his visa until November). He is currently awaiting approval for his PR card and has applied outland. He has to come back to Poland in November for family matters. He's booked his ticket to come back to Canada in January. (with no return ticket back to Poland). Will he have an issue at the border? Is it enough to have a proof of PR card being in process ? He is expecting to get the PR card between March-April so he will only have to wait 2 months for it while he is visiting again.
