Visitor status restoration

Hi there,

I have some questions about visitor status extension and restoration. If anyone can help, I would appreciate.
My situation is next: I sent visitor visa extension for second time on January 24st. ( have legal status two more days till February 28st). I was wondering what can I do if they refuse my application? Do I have right to restore my visitor status?
Also, I am in process to get my work permit, can I attach my work permit application and send them together with restore application?

Why did you file for a visitor extension if you already have a work permit application in process?

They already have your data. You can certainly mention it in the explanation letter.

Thank you for your answer. Actually they don't have yet. I will send lmia application next week.
