I recently sent out my PR application(common-law) but right before I sent it out, my latest request to extend my visitor record was refused.
Now I am filling out my visa restoration application.
In this package, I need to fill out IMM5257b(Schedule1). On this form, it says "The principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all defendant children aged 18 and older listed in the application for temporary residence must complete their own copy of this form."
Does that mean my common-law partner also needs to fill out IMM5257b?? I would like to make sure about this.
