Our parents are here with visitor visa. They are already in Canada, I want to extend their visitor visa which is the visitor record. Is it possible to extend from my GC account or one of the Parents has to extend from their GC account?

Apply from their gckey accounts. If you apply from your own account, you may be asked to submit a representative form.

Same as how you applied with any of your previous applications: from the "start a new application" section.

IIRC, yes. But the simplest way, IMHO, is just apply from their own gckey.
