I need to apply for my mom's visitor record extension for a second time. I have an account, but I am not seeing an option to apply for a visitor record extension for the second time. I know I can apply by post, but as you know, applying online is easy and fast.

Could you please share your expert opinion/recommendation? How do I apply visitor record extension for a second time?
